DCS-GF Granules Bagging Machine Overview
The DCS-GF granules bagging machine is an advanced quantitative packaging system that integrates weighing, sewing, packaging, and conveying functions. This reliable equipment has earned widespread recognition across multiple industries including light industry, chemical processing, metallurgy, building materials, ports, mining, food processing, and grain handling.
Working Principle
The DCS-GF operates with manual bag loading where operators place bags on the discharging port. Once the bag clamping switch is activated and the bagging signal received, the control system engages the cylinder to secure the bag with the gripper. The gravity feeding mechanism then transfers materials from the silo to the packaging scale. When the target weight is achieved, feeding stops automatically, the clamping device releases, and the filled bag drops onto the conveyor for transport to the sewing machine, completing the packaging cycle with sewing and sealing.
