Important Notes:
Models below 6kg utilize dual vibrator feeding systems with continuously adjustable amplitude. Models 25kg and above feature gravity feeding for large quantities with vibration feeding for precision, plus bag clamping devices for secure packaging.
Operating Principle
The DCS-GS series weighing machine operates through a sophisticated system including feeding bin, vibrators, weighing bucket, funnel, and electronic controls. Materials flow from the feeding bin to dual vibrators that simultaneously feed into the weighing bucket. The electronic scale continuously monitors material weight, automatically stopping the large vibrator when approaching target weight and the small vibrator when exact weight is achieved. After weighing completion, the system awaits bag placement before automatically discharging and resetting for the next cycle.
