The packaging process begins with manual weight setting on the control instrument. Operators place packaging bags on the discharge port and activate the bag clamping switch. Upon receiving the bagging signal, the control system drives the air cylinder to clamp the bag via the bag holder. The dual-screw feeding mechanism then transfers materials from the silo to the packing scale. When the target weight is achieved, the bag clamper automatically releases, allowing the filled bag to drop onto the conveyor for transport to the sewing station where manual assistance completes the sealing process.
