Containerized Mobile Bagging System for Fertilizer Docking Operations
This mobile containerized packing system provides efficient weighing and bagging solutions specifically designed for port and dock environments. The integrated container design enables seamless transportation between work sites while maintaining high-performance packaging capabilities.
Working Principle
Materials are conveyed into the hopper via pneumatic arc gates operating in big, middle, and small feeding speeds. When materials reach the preset weight value, load cells signal the system to close the arc gate and open the discharge valve, directing materials into bags. The automated clamping and conveying system then transports filled bags to sealing stations before resetting for the next cycle.
