Working Principle
The automatic palletizer system comprises multiple integrated components including summary conveyor, climbing conveyor, indexing machine, marshalling machine, layering machine, elevator, pallet warehouse, pallet conveyor, and elevated platform. Each unit is pre-programmed for specific unit sizes and pallet patterns, with easy configuration updates available at the operator console.
System Operation Process
Empty pallets are automatically fed from storage to the palletizer, which positions them for product loading. Products are systematically stacked into layers or rows, with pattern adjustments made to match pallet configurations. The system includes layer separation capabilities and continuous stacking until the specified quantity is reached. Completed pallets are then lowered to ground level for transport to subsequent workstations.
