This fully automatic palletizing system is designed for efficient handling of putty powder, cement, and plastic materials. The high-position conventional palletizer provides reliable packaging automation with integrated safety conveyors.
System Operation
The automatic palletizer receives products at elevated positions above pallets. Empty pallets are automatically fed from storage silos and precisely positioned. Products are systematically stacked in layers or rows, with intelligent pattern arrangement and optional layer separation using cardboard inserts. The system continuously stacks layers while lowering the pallet incrementally until the specified quantity is reached.
