This fully automatic carton box low position gantry palletizing machine is designed for multiple industries including chemical, construction engineering, and food processing. It efficiently handles products such as dry mortar, cement, putty powder, gypsum powder, sugar, chemical raw materials, and recycled particles.
Available Models
Three palletizer types available: high-position hydraulic palletizer, high-position chain palletizer, and double high-position chain palletizer. Each model offers easy operation, significant labor cost reduction, and improved work efficiency.
Working Principle
The automated system comprises multiple components: summary conveyor, climbing conveyor, indexing machine, marshalling machine, layering machine, elevator, pallet warehouse, pallet conveyor, and elevated platform. The process begins with empty pallets positioned automatically, followed by precise product stacking in layers or rows with controlled positioning and separation.
