Product Overview
The retractable telescopic loading chute features a double casing structure comprising an inner chute and outer dust cover. Materials flow through the chute while the dust cover encloses the process, creating a mobile dust suction chamber. The system includes a material level sensor and dust-proof group cover at the bottom, with the sensor positioned externally or internally. The block overlap-type dust cover effectively seals material piles during operation.
During loading operations, the material level sensor detects contact with materials and automatically lifts the telescopic chute to maintain optimal distance from accumulated materials. The dust-proof group cover ensures complete dust collection and prevents overflow. The chute is constructed with steel plates and polyurethane wear-resistant lining, while the dust cover utilizes anti-static chemical fiber material with reinforced strength. An internal supporting framework enables smooth vertical extension and maintains consistent airflow. Multiple lifting points at the chute bottom ensure stable, controlled elevation and retraction.
