Telescopic Retractable Loading Spout System
Telescopic Truck Loading Tubes are engineered for dustless loading and unloading of powder fluids from silos to open box trucks. When a truck approaches the silo base, the bellows extends downward to the truck chassis, enabling controlled material flow via hand control operation.
Automated Loading Process
The loading bellows guides material during filling while the intelligent level sensor at the lowest point enables automatic upward retraction as the truck fills. Operators can interrupt material flow at any time using the hand control set.
Dust Control Technology
Manufactured with double-walled intertwined bellows design, the system directs air and dust mixtures toward filtration systems. The lower skirt prevents dust dispersion and ensures environmental compliance.
Dust Management Options: Compatible with central dust collection systems or local filters featuring jet pulse cleaning technology for material recycling and pollution prevention.
Material Compatibility & Temperature Resistance
Inner buckets available in carbon steel, Hardox material, or food-compatible stainless steel. High-temperature resistant textile bellows available for materials like hot ash (up to elevated temperature applications).
