System Operation Process
Bagged materials are transported via belt conveyor to the slide plate, where gravity facilitates movement. During descent, high-speed rotating blades precisely cut the packaging bags. The resulting mixture of materials and bag remnants enters a drum screen for separation. Materials passing through the screen are conveyed via screw conveyor, while residual bags and impurities are discharged. An integrated dust collection system with pulse control captures airborne particles, maintaining clean operation.
