The system consists of a belt conveyor and main machine assembly. The main machine includes:
- Base structure and cutter box
- Drum screen for material separation
- Screw conveyor for material output
- Waste bag collector system
- Integrated dust removal device
Bagged materials are transported via belt conveyor to the slide plate, where they slide by gravity. During descent, fast-rotating blades cut the packaging bags. The cut materials and residual bags enter the drum screen for separation. Materials pass through the screen to the screw conveyor, while damaged bags and impurities are removed. Dust is collected by the bag filter system.
