The machine adopts external-suction fingerless type design.
The ascent and descent of the uppercorrugating roller and pressure roller and the movement of the glue applicator are controlled pneumatically.
The glue rollerunit can be laterally removed as a whole; the design of the glue roller seat is optimized.
The machine is installed with an automatic PLC glue adjustment system (the gap between the glue roller and the doctor roller can be automatically adjusted according to the machine speed).
An independent drive box with tri-shaft transmission through a universal joint can insulate power vibration and oil immersion lubrication can reduce noise, so the operation stability is enhanced.
There is a face paper pre-heating roller and a conditioning steam injector for core paper installed in the machine; A paper guide roller is added between the conditioning steam injector and the upper corrugating roller to reduce the contact area between the core paper and the corrugating roller and thus to lengthen the service life of the corrugating roller.
