The machine adopts the design of external suction without finger.
The upper and lower corrugated roller assembly can not be replaced by complete installation or disassembly.
The rise and fall of the upper corrugated roll and the pressure roll, as well as the movement of the coating device, are pneumatic controlled.
All bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rollers and pressure rollers are lubricated with high temperature grease.
Add guide roll before feeding core paper.
The cots unit can be disassembled horizontally as a whole; the design of rubber roller holder is optimized; in the gelling transmission mechanism, the gear adopts clearance elimination structure, which is more reliable and sensitive.
The structure design of the rubber disk is optimized to effectively prolong the service life of the scraping cots and put an end to the phenomenon of boiling glue and splashing glue. The rubber disk is made of stainless steel.
