Cassette Single Facer
The machine is equipped with a surface paper heating roller and a core paper conditioning steam ejector. The heating cylinder of the paper is forced to rotate and is equipped with a manual braking device.
Equipped with electric glue separator, convenient to quickly adjust the width of the paper.
This machine is equipped with PLC automatic dispensing system (the gap between glue clamping and scraping roller can be adjusted automatically according to the machine speed); the production speed is measured by the machine and the production length is calculated by the machine.
Frequency conversion motor is used to supply power to realize sleepless speed regulation and reliable synchronous interlocking with the following devices.
The independent transmission box adopts universal joint transmission shaft transmission to isolate power vibration, immerse lubrication to reduce noise and improve operation stability.
The lateral motion of the related roll frame is controlled by the main control cabinet interlocking.
