Heavy Duty Drive
Two design speed optional: 250m/min, 300m/min.
The upper and lower driving rollers are cast with cross linked rubber and their surfaces are engraved to contain chevron notches, so they are wearable with long service life; in addition, the driving rollers are equipped with crowns to ensure flat output of cardboards.
Double-shaft transmission and independent reduction gear box, so it is easy to
maintain.
The upper and lower wheel are synchronously controlled by double motor to ensure the upper and lower belts speed highly synchronous.
The rubber wheel adopts easy-to-disassemble design to facilitate repair and replacement.
The base plate design is reinforced to improve the stability of the whole machine.
Reduction gear box, wallboard, base are in large margin design, high rigidity, and stable and lasted.
The transmission shaft adopts the independent protective shell, which ensures the production safety efficiently.
