Brass/Copper Wire Brush:
Brass Bristles work well for getting dried ink and debris out of the surface of mechanically engraved chrome anilox rolls or glue rollers
(other soft metal surfaces).
The softer brass bristles result in reduced wear to the roll surface when compared to the Stainless bristles.
Note: brass bristles are not suitable for laser engraved ceramic surfaces.
How to use?
Pour an appropriate amount of anilox roller or gravure roller cleaning agent on the surface of roller body, use wire brush or copper wire brush to clean the whole surface evenly, then rinse off with clean water, and then dry the surface with compressed air.
