BEFORE INSTALLATION OF AUTO SPLICER
1, Two operators are required for paper change. High labor intensity.
2, Before installation of auto splicer, paper tension is not constant due to manual paper change. Machine working speed has to be very low. Paper edge is not in alignment. Lots of rejection and wastage.
AFTER INSTALLATION OF AUTO SPLICER
1, Paper preparation work is much easier after installation of auto splicer.
2, After installation of auto splicer, paper changed becomes easier. There is no need to reduce machine working speed. Paper tension is stable and constant. Paper edge is in alignment. No paper wastage.
