Three Options of Our Product
We have three hot sell model of double facer belt, the first model is FCH-FZ, This model with 2mm Kevlar edge reinforcement of each side, more durable and longer life.The second model is FCH-JQ, this model with 20mm Kevlar edge reinforcement. This model can protect the small width cardboard maximally.
For example, if your corrugator is 1600mm width, but produce 800mm small width cardboard mainly, then the two side of the machine will be empty, if there no belt to strengthen the edge to protect the cardboard. The cardboard will be damaged by the glue overflowing on both sides. So, if this is your case, i would recommend you this model.
The third model is FCH-QS,this model without edge reinforcement. Just like this. We are the first manufacturer of hydrophilic conveyor belts in China.
