Slewing Drive Gearbox Description

 

SE: means horizontal (sliding bearing structure), SDE: means vertical and horizontal (sliding bearing structure), VE: means vertical (sliding bearing structure), Z in front of S means zero clearance;

3~25: Represents the specifications of 3 inches to 25 inches;

A: Indicates the code of the conventional device. If the device design has major changes, the code B, C... can be used;

61: Represents the reduction ratio of the slewing device (number of teeth).;

M: indicates that the slewing bearing adopts metric threaded holes; without M means that the slewing bearing adopts inch threaded holes;

HA: indicates that the slewing ring is quenched.; HC: indicates that the slewing ring is not quenched.; HD: indicates that the slewing ring is quenched.;

HQ: indicates the QPQ treatment of the outer ring of the slewing ring. HN: indicates the nitriding treatment of the outer ring of the slewing ring.;

B: indicates that the worm input end is a 6B spline (12M indicates that the worm input end is a Φ12 hole.; 25M indicates that the worm input end is a Φ25 hole;

160 means that a 160CC hydraulic motor is installed at the worm input end. 24 means that a 24V geared motor is installed at the worm input end;...);

R: means right installation.; L: means left installation.;

C: means the blind cap; A: means the direction of the hydraulic motor oil port is facing outwards (I: means the direction of the hydraulic motor oil port is facing inward;); E: means with an encoder;
