How to choose a transmission device for tower photothermal power generation system
The transmission device is important to the efficiency of Tower power station
In tower photothermal power station, tens of thousands of mirrors gather solar radiation on the heat absorber at the end of the heat-absorbing tower in order to collect high temperatures and gather heat. In order to ensure continuous and stable collection of heat, the mirror should always track the position of the sun, through the transmission device in the horizontal azimuth and elevation direction of movement (double axis).
The most common transmission device is tower CSP-slew drive
The slew drive is usually driven by a motor to drive the rotation of the mirror in the direction of the two axes. As a precision machine, the application of slew drive in photothermal power generation industry needs to control the tracking accuracy within 1mrad. Double envelope structure worm wheel and tooth surface meshing area is large, transmission accuracy is higher, impact resistance is strong, its low wear rate can ensure long-term use under the conditions of precision and life, more suitable for Photothermal power station in the northwest of the harsh environment.
