Our railway axle steel contains precise chemical composition: 0.46-0.58% C, 0.17-0.40% Si, 0.75-1.00% Mn, ≤0.015% P, ≤0.010% S, 0.18-0.25% Ni, 0.20-0.27% Cr, ≤0.15% Cu, ≤0.10% Mo, 0.02-0.08% V, 0.015-0.045% Al, with Fe balance. This ensures optimal strength and durability for railway applications.
