Installation Guidelines
- Apply lubricant to contact surfaces between fish plate, rail, and bolts
- Alternate nut positions inside and outside when threading
- For four-hole fish plates: tighten middle two bolts first, then side bolts, followed by re-tightening middle bolts
- Use appropriate 55cm screw wrench - avoid excessive force
- Align bolt holes properly; do not force bolts with hammer
