Manufacturing Process
Our two-stage quenching process involves precise temperature control:
- First quenching: Heating to 650±10°C, then 800±5°C with water cooling
- Second quenching: Heating to 650±10°C, then 910±5°C with water cooling, followed by tempering at 340±10°C and 560±5°C with air cooling
