42CrMo Steel Rail Wheels 150HB for Hi-Rail Equipment - 1-300 Ton Capacity with ±0.01mm Precision
High-precision 42CrMo alloy steel rail wheels engineered for hi-rail equipment and railway trailers. These double flange mobile rail wheels feature ±0.01mm precision injection holes and are available in customized designs with loading capacities from 1 to 300 tons.
- Material Options: Carbon steel (C45, C50, C55, C60, 4330, C35, 65Mn) or Alloy steel (4140, 42CrMo, 40CrNiMo, 4340, 34CrNiMo6)

Normalizing, quenching & tempering (Q&T), surface and rim quenching with depth range of 5-20mm
Comprehensive quality control using projecting profile, roughness testers, hardness testers, concentricity testers, ultrasonic testing (UT), and magnetic particle testing (MT). Both in-house and third-party inspection available.
Designed for RRV (road-rail dual-use vehicles), railcars, light rail, street cars, metro systems, freight cars, railway wagons for mining, rail trucks, ballast rail cars, and hi-rail vehicles.
Complete manufacturing workflow includes: steel melting, billet cutting, heating, phosphorus treatment, stamping forming, rolling, bending punch, hot stamping, laser measurement, roughing, hardening, tempering, finishing, static equilibrium testing, and comprehensive quality verification.
