Q235B 55Q U71MN Railway Steel Rail 8-120 kg/m with 12.5M Length Options for Industrial and Mining Applications
Railway rails are essential components of railway track systems, designed to guide rolling stock wheels, bear substantial wheel pressures, and transfer loads to sleepers. These rails provide continuous, smooth, low-resistance rolling surfaces for optimal performance. In electrified railways and automatic blocking sections, rails also function as track circuits.
Available in standard lengths of 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, and 12.5 meters. Custom lengths from 4 to 8.9 meters available upon agreement, with length tolerance of +50/0 mm.
Lateral curvature: ≤1.5 mm per meter, total ≤8 mm. Vertical curvature: total ≤6 mm. End bending: ≤1 mm within 0.5 m. Torsion: ≤1/10,000 of full length. Cross-section asymmetry: rail bottom ≤2 mm, rail head ≤0.6 mm.
Manufactured from killed steel using open hearth smelting processes that prevent white spot formation. Minimum tensile strength: 90 kg/mm².
Free from cracks, folds, scars, bubbles, and inclusions. Minor indentations, pits, and scratches within dimensional tolerance limits permitted. No welding repairs allowed on surface defects.
