Our specialized quenching technology ensures uniform temperature distribution in the quenching medium, preventing cracking defects and significantly improving product qualification rates and production efficiency.
Three-stage thermal treatment process:
- Quenching at 880±5°C with proportional holding time
- Water cooling followed by secondary heat treatment
- Final cooling to 620±5°C with controlled air cooling
Our 8,000㎡ manufacturing facility includes comprehensive equipment for casting, forging, CNC machining, heat treatment, and quality testing.
