Introduction to Sawtooth Multi-span Greenhouse
Sawtooth greenhouse refers to a form of roof with ventilation designed in the vertical direction of the gutter. The vertical windows on the vertical part of the greenhouse roof are located at the highest point of the greenhouse. The indoor hot air rises and exchanges with the outdoor air through the vertical windows. The sawtooth greenhouse can achieve the best natural ventilation effect. When the greenhouse needs to be heated, close the blinds or roll film on the vertical windows. The position of the vertical windows on the greenhouse roof allows the greenhouse to be ventilated and dehumidified even when there is snow in the gutter. The curved surface of the roof is composed of two arcs. The short arc of the sawtooth greenhouse is on the side of the skylight, and the long arc is on the side of the gutter. The width of the short arc does not exceed one half of a single span, so that the greenhouse roof is generally sawtooth-shaped; the main arch frame is a truss structure, the upper arc arch rod is the same shape as the roof, the lower support rod is arranged obliquely, and the two rods are welded with steel pipes; above each span of the gutter, a ventilation skylight is provided on the vertical wall close to the short slope side. The skylight is covered with a roll film when closed and rolled up by a roll film mechanism when ventilated; the skylight roll film machine is fixed, and its base is directly fixed on the gutter. The double-slope unequal width roof is adopted, which can reduce the height of the greenhouse, reduce the wind load on the roof, and improve the wind resistance.
