KingPo upgrades the previous needle flame tester to b e PLC control version one, the new PLC 7 inch automated needle flame test apparatus is much more humanized, and the operation is much easier.

This tester is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirement of IEC60695-11-5,IEC60335-1, GB4706.1-2005, GB5169.5-2008 and etc..

Test Principle:

It consists of a Ф0.9mm needle-shaped burner that tilts with the angel of 45°and provide it with specific butane gas to ignite the specimen, then obeserve whether the specimen is ignited, the burning time and combustion length, thus to evaluate the dangerous of the small flame ignition which is caused by fault conditions inside the equipment.

This test apparatus is suitable for the research, production and quality testing department of lighting equipment, low-voltage apparatus, household appliance, machine tool electric appliance, electrical machine, electric tool, electronic instrument, electrotechnical instrument, electrical connector, electrical and electronical equipment and other components.
