1. If possible to get a free sample from your?
Yes, we will provide the sample if have enough in sample room.
We will charge a little logo mold fee if need to add your private logo on the outer case.
2. Can I get the sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality and also help our customer adapt to market trends.
Mix samples are accepted.
3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
Sample will be shipped by DHL, UPS or Fedex, it usually takes 3 to 5 days.
And mass production will be shipped by the ocean shipping/sea transportation, usually takes 20 to 35 days
to arrive.
4. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
First, please share your logo with AI file to us so we can open the mold for your soon.
Second, we will share the sample picture or delivery the sample to you.
Finally, we will start to mass production after confirming the sample and deposit.
5. Do you off the guarantee for the products?
Yes, Our QC team will control and test the quality according to your requirement in the production. And
you also can ask your third party testing company to test the quality when finish the production.
6. What’s your payment policy?
For new design products, charge mold fee one time and refund it when accumulated orders 20,000pcs.
For ordered sample with private logo, will charge logo mold fee.
For mass production, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
