Oil Resistant High Quality Rubber Pneumatic Oil Seals For Industrial Use
The Penumatic Seal is sealing the space of rotary shaft through air compression. It can seal the system to prevent the leakage of the liquid. We usually add ring groove on the shell which can seal the space of the shaft and then prevent the leakage of the lubricant.
The structure of the Penumatic seals is simple. But it needs air supply with pressure. So the consumption of the air compression is large. And the pressure of the air source must higher than the sealing medium say 0.03-0.05 Mpa. The Penumatic is not limited by the temperature and speed and usually be used in the rotary machines with little pressure difference. It is used for liquid sealing as well as air sealing. In some machines, the Penumatic oil seal is used to prevent the leakage of the lubricant of the bearings. In some applications, it is also be used together with the labyrinth seal and Spiral seal.
