TC Type Automotive Rubber Oil Seal For Aftermarket Service
Introduction:
The rubber will be completely coated in the Skeleton of the TC type automotive rubber oil seal for aftermarket service. So there are three important parts of the TC oil seals: Rubber, Skeleton, and spring. The Skeleton is cold-rolled Carbon steel and the spring is 65Mn. TC oil seal has double lips. The lip of the TC seals is rubber. With the rubber lip, the oil seals can work effectively. According to the different environments, the Oil seals can be produced with different rubber to meet the sealing requirements and performance. The most commonly used oil resistant rubber is NBR. NBR is one of the most commonly used rubber for oil seal and O ring. It is the most widely used rubber in oil seals with the lowest cost. Besides NBR, Polypropionate rubber, silicone rubber, fluoroelastomer and polytetrafluoroethylene are also be used in the manufacture of Oil seals.
