PTFE Rubber Oil Seals
PTFE Lips Rubber Bonded Seals For Crankshaft Of The Engines
Introduction:
The full name of PTFE is Poly tetra fluoroenthylene. We generally call it "non stick coating" or "easy to clean material". PTFE is resistant to acid, alkali and various organic solvent and it almost insoluble in any solvent. At the same time, PTFE is resistant to high temperature and has low friction so it is used for lubricant area. The PTFE lip oil seal performs excellent under high temperature and has good resistance of the dust and dirt.
What is Shaft Oil Seal?
Shaft seal, additionally referred to as Oil Seal, in machinery, a tool that stops the passage of fluids alongside a rotating shaft. Seals are vital while a shaft extends from a housing (enclosure) containing oil, which include a pump or a equipment box.
