What is Shaft Oil Seal?

 Introduction:

The NBR Oil seal is used to seal the rotating shaft of mechanical equipment for oil sealing components, and the cavity is basically static, so the oil seal is also known as rotating shaft lip seal ring. The outer edge of the oil seal is cylindrical to ensure static sealing of the chamber - rubber outer edge with an inner metal skeleton, and the outer edge with an outer metal skeleton, mostly polished and coated with anticorrosive coating. A sealed lip with a spring ensures the dynamic and static sealing reliability of the shaft. The results of long-term development and research show that the sealing lip structure of the oil seal has been improved to excellent performance, thereby improving the sealing reliability in a wider load range.
