Introduction:
Rubber seal strips can be classified according to cross-sectional shapes, vulcanization methods, use parts and uses, use materials and other methods. Rubber seal strips are generally made of chloroprene rubber, EPDM, silicone rubber, natural-chloroprene-styrene-butadiene rubber, NBR, rubber-plastic blends and other rubber with excellent aging resistance. 1. What rubber do you use to produce the rubber seal strips?
According to different usage and conditions, there are many kinds of rubber we can choose. For rubber seal strips be used in the Auto door and windows, we usually use high quality EPDM, NBR and etc. For the rubber cords be used in Auto engines, we use Low and High temperature resistant Viton rubber (FKM) and HNBR. For the rubber sealing strips be used in fridge doors and other food machines, we choose Silicone rubber. For the rubber seal strips be used in wooden door and windows, we usually use sponge EPDM, NBE and etc.
2.What type of the Rubber sealing strips can you do?
Usually all kinds of the rubber seal strips are OEM or ODM products. We can do according to customers’ special requirements. The types we can do are including H type, T type, D type, Round type and other irregular types.
3.What about the lead time for samples?
