All bags are handmade with love and it is a normal to see a few folds or slight fold dents due to the handmaking process. They should disappear over time or you can try the following methods to lessen it.
Ways to lessen fold marks:
- Lightly heat the folds on the bag with a hair dryer, constantly moving the dryer in hand and then press on the folds with your hand to smoothen them.
- Stuff the bag with small towels/cloth for several days.
- Or simply carry on using the bags and the folds on the bag will disappear over time.
NOTE: The side button of our Trinity bag is made fixed, please do not attempt to dislodge the button.
Bags may appear powdered when you receive them new, this is a normal occurrence and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
