1. What is your MOQ?

   Different products’ MOQ are different, zamac cap’s moq is 3000, resin cap’s moq is 2000. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

2. What I should provide if I want to custom products?

   It would be appreciated if you could provide the design of the product, technical drawing or 3d drawing in PDF/ igs./ stp.. If you don’t have the design yet, you could click and let us know the size and your requirements.

3. Can I get some samples first? 

   Sure, after the mold opening, we would make pre-production samples for you to check. The mass production will be started after the samples are confirmed.

4. Do you offer the shipping service?

   Yes, we have well-cooperated freight forwarder company, could provide door-to-door service if needed.

5. Can you promise the quality?

   Please rest assured that we have three quality checks during the production process, and we also accept third-party quality checks before shipping.
