The medium frequency inverter welding machine reverses the 50HZ AC rectifier filter into an intermediate frequency square wave of 400HZ to 2000HZ, and the intermediate frequency transformer (the volume and weight of the transformer is only about 40% of the traditional welding transformer) is reduced to low-voltage ALTERNA and then rectified by a single-phase full-wave rectifier for low-voltage DC, and the workpiece is welded by an integrated spot welding clamp or fixed spot welding machine. IGBT inverter, frequency of 1000KHz for precise control of welding energy, ideal for welding high thermal conductivity of thin metal parts
