Stone Calibrating machine is the leveling equipment for stone slab production line. The slab is calibrated to have same thickness by this machine and then polished by polishing machine.
1. Working width: 600~2000mm, working thickness: 10~40mm.
2. 2~8 swaying type diamond grinding plates, 22 kw driven motor for per head, feed-in of the blades are controlled automatically by speed reducer motor.
3. Conveying of slabs is controlled by cycloidal-pin speed reducer with frequency converter
4. Water consumption: about 70~200 L/min;
5. Disc diamond grinding heads:2~8 heads
