Machine Main Feature:

1. The automatic cable coiling and wrapping machine equip PLC & HMI control program for automatic operation. All parts are chosen from international brands. Parameters can be set on the control program in English. 
2. The cable cutting length can be adjusted as set.
3. Automatic coiling machines pack your cable into the correct package fast and efficiently.
4. Our coilers can run both offline with flyer or pay-off, or inline with the extruder. Available options are meter marking, test equipment, labeling, and palletizing.
5. For high-speed packaging of single conductor 2 mm to 6 mm round products into a cardboard box
6. The coil is held together with a binder with optional shrink film as the final package.
7. For medium-sized building wire products, round or flat cable diameters of 3 mm to 20 mm are packed in shrink film.
