Copper Taping Machine

Copper/ Steel taping machine is a high-efficiency steel strip armoring equipment; this machine has large steel strip storage, resulting in single drum continous armoring without changing drum. This machine also has a rewind function, it supports rewinding while the armoring process is operating; Reloading the strip is easy and fast, resulting in high efficiency.

The device adopts concentric structure and has smaller centrifugal force than the half-tangent structure. The steel strip reel is driven by AC servo motor, which has large transmission torque, high precision and short braking distance.

The tension of the belt is controlled by an AC servo motor, and the tension control system ensures that the tension of the armor is stable and controllable.

The armor head is driven independently and the angle of the armor is easy to adjust.

The electrical synchronous control consists of touch screen, PLC and AC servo control system. The touch screen displays various parameters and also can be stetted. The PLC participates in the armor speed and pitch control. The encoder feedback information to the PLC in real time, PLC control armor Speed and pitch accuracy; ensure that the pitch is within the set range.
