YZ Model Casting Crane Brief Description

YZ Double Girder Casting Bridge Crane is consisting of the beams, lifting and cross travelling mechanism, long travelling mechanism, cabin, and electrical control system. The trolley can move horizontally on the rail fitted on beams. The beams are welded by the machine hands, which make the structure more reasonable and reliable. Overhead beams can be four when lifting weight is over 125t. Main hook is used for handling casting ladle, and aux. hook is used for cooperating with the main hook to complete the pouring out steel water, slag or other instrumental work.

YZ Double Girder Casting Bridge Crane with hook is mainly used for lifting the metal iron or steel in the foundry workshop. The working class of the complete machine is A7-A8, and thermal-protective coating is added at the bottom of the main girder. The lifting weight is from 75t-320t. The crane are equipped with gantry hook, The gantry hook is make from high quality low-alloy structural steel plate stacked-type splicing and use rivets fastening, very safety and reliable for using.
