QY Model Double Girder Overhead Crane Introduction
QY type insulated double-girder bridge crane is suitable for factory workshops for smelting aluminum, magnesium and other electrolytic non-ferrous metal materials. The crane consists of a box-shaped bridge, a cart operating mechanism, a trolley, and electrical equipment.
In order to prevent the current on the live equipment from being transmitted to the crane through the hoisted components during the working process, endangering the life and equipment of the driver, several insulating devices are installed at the appropriate parts of the crane. The cranes are all heavy duty. To ensure lifting, the main lifting mechanism is equipped with double brakes. All mechanisms are operated in the driver's cab.
