QB Model Overhead Crane Brief Description
QB model Explosion proof double girder overhead crane is suitable for workshops and warehouses with inflammable and explosive mixtures.
It relies on the longitudinal movement along the direction of the workshop track, the lateral movement of the trolley and the lifting movement of the hook to work. This machine is suitable for mechanical processing and assembly workshops, metal structure workshops, mechanical maintenance workshops, metallurgy and foundry workshops, and hoisting work in various warehouses.

The bridge adopts box-shaped main beam, which is automatically welded by submerged arc welding.
The trolley adopts a new I-beam track cable conduction device, which is safe and reliable.
The hoisting mechanism can also be equipped with a second set of safety devices as required to increase reliability.

Steel Material: Chinese standard Q235B and Q345B
Trolley rail is made of high strength hot rolled flat steel (16 Mn)
Epoxy zinc-rich painting for one bottoms and two sides of 120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan, beautiful appearance and good luster
The girder and end beam are connected together by high strength bolts to ensure the structure strength and precision of the whole machine.
The end beams are equipped with flat wheel or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment preventing end plate
Maintenance walkway is located on one side of the main girder, consisting of flower pattern plate, 1050meters handrail.
Applied to explosion transfer capacity no higher than the II B or II C-class and the sites with explosive air mixture formed with inflammable gas (or steam) and air whose factory ignition temperature groups between T1 group and T4 group.
The applicable hazardous area: 1 division or 2 division. The working duty:A3 A4.
