The waste gas is burned into carbon dioxide and discharged at high altitude. The pollutant emission rate and emission concentration can meet the emission standards, and the heat recovery rate is as high as 95%.

The spray booth in the body painting workshop adopts the Venturi type spray booth with air supply from the top and suction from the bottom. The bottom of the spray booth is a Venturi-type wet paint mist collection system, which atomizes the water and fully mixes it with the air containing the paint mist, and then separates the water containing the paint from the air through the water baffle. The paint mist purification efficiency is over 90%.
