Automatic Chamber Filter Press with PP filter plate

Chamber filter press is a kind of equipment which widely used for solid-liquid separation. It consists of : frame, filter plate, hydraulic system and control system. Frame made of high quality Q345 carbon steel with sand blasting processing, can be coated with SS304 or 316L for meeting high requirements. Hydraulic station equipped with ABB brand motor, closing pressure can reaches 18-20MPa. Control system use Simens PLC, can realize automatic operation includes feeding, filtration, cake discharging function. Different filter clothes suitable for many kinds of waste water and sludges filtration.

• The main beam adopts H-shaped box structure, which has good structure and anti-side bending, which completely solves the problem of bending of the main beam. Diaphragm pressing, which is as large as 25kg, reduces the moisture content of the filter cake after pressing to less than 20%; the thickness of the filter cake is 45mm , increasing the volume of the filter chamber and the processing capacity of a single unit.
