The Yuansheng control interface is also reserved, which can be automatically operated and controlled by Yuansheng. In addition, varicose rapping, liquid-contacting flaps, mud guiding and mud storage, and filter cloth washing systems can be provided as required.
Fully Automatic Chamber Filter Press Principle
The automatic filter press detects the current pressure of the hydraulic system of the pulling plate through the pressure transmitter, and converts the sensed pressure signal into an analog quantity that can be recognized by the PLC, so as to control the forward and backward of the pulling plate. The set photoelectric switch allows the pulling system to realize instant pause/resume during the pulling process or the whole system running process, making the operation process more user-friendly.

Technical Features

- The main beam adopts H-shaped box structure, which has good structure and anti-side bending, which completely solves the problem of bending of the main beam. Diaphragm pressing, which is as large as 25kg, reduces the moisture content of the filter cake after pressing to less than 20%; the thickness of the filter cake is 45mm , increasing the volume of the filter chamber and the processing capacity of a single unit.
