Manual closing filter press adopts screw jack or manual hydraulic system as pressing device, it has a simple structure, easy operation, no power consumption, economical and practical advantages. It is generally used in filter press with 1-40㎡ filtering area.
1) Feeding pressure 0.6-0.8Mpa.
2) Frame made of high-quality Q345 carbon steel with sandblasting processing, it can be coated with SS304 or 316L for meeting high requirements like food and beverage, chemicals etc.
3) The closing pressure can reach 10-30ton for screw jack, 15-18MPa for manual hydraulic system.
4) It doesn't need the control panel, the entire cycle is zero power consumption.

Technical Features
- Inverter motor pull plate;
- Automatic control system: The control adopts three major brands, Omron, Siemens and Schneider products to realize automatic control of the whole process;
- The hydraulic system runs smoothly and reliably: the hydraulic components are made of high-quality products; the integrated block is processed by the machining center; the fuel tank is produced by the manufacturing process;
- The main beam adopts H-shaped box structure, which has good structure and anti-side bending, which completely solves the problem of bending of the main beam. Diaphragm pressing, which is as large as 25kg, reduces the moisture content of the filter cake after pressing to less than 20%; the thickness of the filter cake is 45mm , increasing the volume of the filter chamber and the processing capacity of a single unit.
