Yuwei SS304/316L Oil-Water Separation Filter housing with 0.5 micron
The oil-water separation filter is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel to remove solid particles, bacteria and other impurities in the fluid. The equipment has the characteristics of high-pressure resistance, convenient replacement of filter elements, large water treatment capacity, small footprint and good filtration effect. It is widely used in electronic industry, pharmaceutical industry, household drinking water, food and beverage, wine, beer, and mineral water industries as pretreatment and terminal filtering.
The structure of this filter is more practical. It is suitable for working conditions where the proportion of oil is less than 5%. The filter bag is made of oil-releasing material. When filtering, you only need to open the oil discharge valve to discharge the oil accumulated above. The inside of the filter cartridge can be observed.
The filter element of the oil-water separation filter is composed of a specially treated glass fiber coalescing filter element and a stainless-steel separation filter element sprayed with PTFE. The shell material is SUS304, SUS316 and so on. Working pressure≤0.6MPa.
