Application
Automatic Chamber filter press is widely used for solid-liquid separation in petrochemical, metallurgy (gold, silver, copper, iron, zinc, rare earth, etc.), oil (edible oil, light oil, glycerin, machine oil, vegetable oil, etc.), ceramics (bentonite, activated clay, clay, etc.) and other industries.Sludge treatment is a process that enables sludge to be concentrated, conditioned, dehydrated, stabilized, desiccated or incinerated to reduce, stabilize and make it harmless. The higher the degree of sewage treatment, the more sludge residue will be produced to be treated.
Before sludge treatment, we must first understand the classification of sludge to determine the method of sludge treatment:
- The physical and chemical sludge treatment discharged from the sedimentation tank or concentration tank in the waterworks is a medium granular organic and inorganic mixed sludge, with general compressibility and dehydration performance.
- The residual activated sludge from the second sedimentation tank of the domestic sewage plant is a hydrophilic, fine-grained organic sludge, with poor compression performance and poor dewatering performance.
- Industrial wastewater treatment produced by the concentrator discharged physical, chemical and biochemical mixed sludge treatment, is a fine-grained mixed sludge, containing fiber body dehydration performance is good, the rest of the compressible performance and dehydration performance is general.
- The physical and chemical fine-grained sludge treatment, which is produced by the physical and chemical processes and discharged from the concentrator of industrial wastewater treatment, belongs to fine-grained inorganic sludge, and has general compressibility and dewatering properties.
- Industrial wastewater treatment produced by the material-chemical precipitation coarse-grained sludge treatment, is a coarse-grained hydrophobic inorganic sludge, with good compressibility and dehydration performance.
