he structure and working principle of the equipment are similar to the plate and frame filter press, the difference is that the two sides of the filter plate are recessed, and every two filter plates are combined into a box-shaped filter chamber, eliminating the need for the filter frame, and there is a circular hole in the center of the filter plate for suspension. This flows into each filter chamber. This filter is suitable for suspensions that need to be filtered at higher pressure and the filter residue does not need to be washed. The way the filtrate flows out is divided into clear flow filtration and undercurrent filtration.

Technical Features

Automatic control system: The control adopts three major brands, Omron, Siemens and Schneider products to realize automatic control of the whole process;
The hydraulic system runs smoothly and reliably: the hydraulic components are made of high-quality products; the integrated block is processed by the machining center; the fuel tank is produced by the manufacturing process;
The main beam adopts H-shaped box structure, which has good structure and anti-side bending, which completely solves the problem of bending of the main beam. Diaphragm pressing, which is as large as 25kg, reduces the moisture content of the filter cake after pressing to less than 20%; the thickness of the filter cake is 45mm , increasing the volume of the filter chamber and the processing capacity of a single unit.
